Return and Refund Policy
We offer return, exchange, and refund facilities within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. If seven days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made within three (3) days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery. Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers or eatables, unless a quality issue is established.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must report the issue to our customer support team within three (3) days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed after verification by the seller or merchant, and an appropriate decision will be taken. If the product received differs significantly from what was shown on the website, the issue must also be reported within three days of delivery.
Once a return or refund request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) days and credited back to the original mode of payment. Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty should be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer.
Certain categories of products may be exempt from return or refund, and such exemptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. All return, refund, and cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval as per company policy.
